I set up PW Personal Training to do something different.  I totally understand the importance of gyms but i also know that they just dont work for some people.

 

Its easy to get fed up with them.  Pounding away on the treadmill.  Dancing in front of the mirror with all the "gym queens". 

 

How do you fancy meeting like minded people or trying something totally different to what your used to?

 

Maybe trying something new without the commitment of a 12 month contract but without being penalised for it.

Extreme Boot camp - Literally the best package around
The Extreme Boot camp classes run at 6.15 in the morning, 3 mornings a week and last for 45 minutes.
The class takes place at Boot camp HQ which is on Butts Green Roundabout in Westbrook. 

We follow a proven program combining high intensity bodyweight exercises and short duration bursts of energy. 

The Extreme program is only available via PRE PURCHASE 7 week package and is the ONLY thing you need to get serious results in record time at a very reasonable price.

Saturday Boot camp - A self contained workout and a great taster for Extreme
The Saturday Boot camp is by far my most successful drop in class.  Every Saturday morning at 10am we meet up at Boot camp HQ at Butts Green for an exercise class like no other.  We use tyres, army nets, hills, music, kettle bells, pyrotechnics and whatever other equipment we can get our hands on to give you the best outdoor workout you’ll have all week.

Places are £5 per person for the one hour class and you can pay as you go.  Bring your friends down and let’s have some fun.

Zumba Fitness - Moving the World to a new Beat
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

My classes are a little different to some you may have tried.  I'm not a dancer so I keep it simple and I'll make sure you know you've had a workout too.

EVENING Boot camp BOLT ON’s - Build your own package to suit your needs
My new BOOTCAMP Bolt ON classes are designed to complement the EXTREME boot camp package but also provide an option to those of you who are unable to commit to the early mornings.

Bolt ON bundles are FREE to those on EXTREME and are available on a monthly basis to those who are not.  You can purchase as many or as few bundles as you like.

When you purchase your first bundle you will receive a FREE 121 Personal Training Session with us too.
